Strip-pie Quilt Contest
We are trying something new!!! We will host a Strip-pie quilt contest!!!! Please sign up and enjoy this fun contest and also learn new technics and inspirations from other quilters!!! So, find an outstanding pattern, sew your strip-pie, and bring it in on November 5!!!! If you feel like you can not make a quilt but would like to see the different quilts, no sweat!! Come on in and enjoy the fun anyway!!!!
Please read the guidelines below.
Must sign up with us to enter the contest those of you who want to come and not make a quilt do not have to sign up
May not use any other fabrics such as blenders, background fabric etc..... MAY ONLY USE STRIP-PIE FABRIC
Please do not label quilt. This way we can all vote on each other's quilt without preference on the designer of the quilt.
YOU MAY NOT PICK YOUR OWN QUILT AS THE BEST!!!
When you come in we will give your quilt a number.
We will be making a quilt. No table runner, bag etc. No set size that quilt must be.
The quilt with the most votes will get a prize. There will also be a second prize to the runner up!!!
Winner will be announced at quilt club Thursday, November 7!!
Amy will supply coffee and refreshments!!:)
